As the Diwali hype ends all of us are slowly getting back to the daily grind of work. We at Legal Blog.in, though were working through the festive week and are proud to present the 2nd newsletter.
The Supreme Court created quite a buzz this Week with a welcome decision on Dowry deaths, declaring that such cases fall under 'rarest of rare' and thus would or rather should attract the death penalty. In other news, the Supreme Court took a serious view against wastage of food grains and took the Food Corporation of India to task.
